One your registration has been approved, you will earn points for collections and deliveries, every £1 you spend you will earn 1 point. For direct to site deliveries, every £5 you spend will earn 1 point. It doesn't matter which product you buy, you will earn points, unlike some of our competitors, who take certain price sensitive goods out of the equation.
There are also on occasion promotions to earn extra points, you can see the 'Promotions' tab when logged in.
Once you pass your points target, you will earn rewards.
Your rewards balance can been seen in the top right of the website next to the star when logged in.

The Rewards Scheme typically operates in 13 month cycles, 12 months of points earning followed by 1 month for redemptions only (no points earnt during 13th month).
The current rewards scheme will commence from October 2023 to September 2024.
The rewards on your account for this Rewards Scheme Year must be redeemed by October 31st 2024
Please note once exchanged, Love2shop products will have an expiry date

Should a refund or credit result in you no longer being eligible to receive a reward, the value will be removed from your account.
if the value has been redeemed, the amount rewarded will be offset against the credit/refund amount.

You will receive your e-Gift Card to your registered email address in the form of a digital gift code, and a link to a redemption portal. From there, you enter the code, and choose your reward from a catalogue of shopping, dining, and experience brands.
Love2shop e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed for rewards from the e-Gift card redemption portal. You can pick from a selection of in-store, online, experience, and dining brands. For the full list of retailers please click here.

First login to your account and click 'Redeem' located on the top bar
You can then see the products that are available to redeem for, you can then add your chosen product(s) to your basket and check out.
Don’t forget to update your delivery address before checking out.
Your Love2shop e-Gift Card will have an expiry date on the email when it is sent to you. This will be a year from the date of dispatch.
Please note when you exchange your e-Gift Card, you will receive a new product which would have its own expiry date.

Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed
e-Gift Cards are sent to your registered email address, if you would like to change this, please update your registered email address before placing your order!
Once e-Gift Cards have been dispatched, they can only be resent to the original email address.
E-codes are delivered to your registered email address within 3 full working days. Don’t forget to check your junk and spam inboxes too.
Physical cards are delivered to the address entered at checkout within 10 full working days at most, however this is normally much sooner!
